A Community Conversation to Raise Awareness about the Impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) in the Community:

Many people have heard more and more about ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences). Given the current societal issues of drug use/abuse, domestic and school violence and suicide and mental health challenges, the ACES Study helps us not only understand the link between ACES and societal challenges but health challenges as well.  As presented on 60 minutes by Oprah, this is life changing and thought changing information.

Topics to be discussed:

  • What are ACES?
  • Why do ACES happen?
  • What does the ACES study tell us about the connection between ACES and Mental and Physical Wellbeing?
  • What can we do to break the pattern?

Registration Requested but not Required.

Seating is Limited to 40 participants
